1. Purpose
Chameleon Hive is a tool for keeping separate browsing profiles isolated from one another, for legitimate personal and business purposes. This policy sets out what you may not do with it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. You are responsible for your own use
You are solely responsible for how you use Chameleon Hive, and for making sure your use complies with all laws that apply to you and with the terms and policies of any third-party website or service you access through it. We provide the tool. We do not control or endorse how you choose to use it.
3. Prohibited uses
You must not use Chameleon Hive to do any of the following. You must not break any law, or assist any other person in breaking the law. You must not commit fraud, deception, or impersonation. You must not gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data. You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging. You must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person. You must not harass, abuse, or harm others. You must not process another person's personal data unlawfully, or track or monitor any person without a lawful basis. You must not do anything that a third-party service you use has prohibited on its own platform.
4. Consequences
If you breach this policy, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities where we're required to.
