1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Chameleon Hive and this website, both provided by Chameleon Mode Ltd, trading as Chameleon Hive. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use the service.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Chameleon Hive for the duration of your subscription, subject to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or copy the product except as the law allows.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of Chameleon Hive is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with all laws that apply to you, and with the terms of any third-party service you access through it.
5. Subscriptions, payment, and renewal
Plans, prices, and features are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. We describe renewal and cancellation in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Prices may change. Where they do, we will give you notice before the change affects you.
6. Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel before then.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in Chameleon Hive, the website, and our branding. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 What we never limit. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9.2 Your rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights in relation to digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Nothing in these terms affects those rights, and nothing here is intended to exclude or restrict them.
9.3 What we are not liable for. Subject to 9.1 and 9.2, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you subscribed, for loss of profit, business, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for loss arising from your use of the product in breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We do not warrant any particular outcome on any third-party website or service, and we are not liable for the acts or decisions of those services.
9.4 Our overall limit. Subject to 9.1 and 9.2, our total liability to you for all claims arising in connection with the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Keeping your own copies. The service is a browser management application, not a backup service. You are responsible for keeping your own records of anything you would not want to lose.
10. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the product.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified before they take effect.
