Your rights

- Portability. Ask for your data in a portable format, or ask us to send it to another provider, where this applies.
- Objection. Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent. Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time, without affecting past processing.
- Automated decisions. We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
How to exercise them
Email support@chameleonhive.com. We'll respond within one month, as the law requires. We may need to verify your identity first. Exercising these rights is free unless a request is clearly excessive.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
